Re: Manganese

Each person is different, with a different history of deficiencies, and they also have a different history of "toxins" exposure. So,the conclusion that high doses of Iodine is, or is not, "healthy" will not apply to everyone alike. For example, myself. I took many many "large doses" of Iodine many many times, and never had any problems at all. Yet, someone comes on this forum and writes about how 25 milligrams puts them into a tailspin. The lesson is, what is obvious - each person is different with their own unique deficiencies and toxins exposure. Those seeking to solve others' problems need to realize this as a first point, and go from there. The Manganese / B1 quoted was from an MD with decades of clinical experience, and I personally trust it as being valid. We can discuss other minerals and vitamin interactions, and it would be a long discussion. I suggest interested persons first read all of Dr. Koch's materials from http://www.williamfkoch.com

, then we can have a more meaningful discussion.
