For the fatigue l citruline is good and apple juice has done great things also finding a good b vitamin that will absorb fully ,magnesium spray and c powder

I know hormone problems low testosterone is major with fatigue too so I take boron vitamin d ashwaganda and zinc too

Amino acids help us too

I'm thinking of trying that colostrum or s boullardi bacteria

Fish oil and healthy fats might b a help
