Re: Too much iodine?

I myself have problems with taking a low dose of 500 mcg but i got a theory , if you are deficient in Iodine you can become hyper or hypo if you take to much Iodine there for you need to find the sweet spot for Iodine . This is what happens to me, first i get hyper symptoms and if i keep on taking iodine i become more hypo , this can happen on a low dose when you are extremely deficient , so this is what i am going to try and you could to , take iodine one day and then give your thyroid a day rest, also watch foods with iodine in those resting days, then take iodine but in a bigger dose lets say +50 mcg so you now take 200 mcg keep doing this until you are no longer deficient .
