Alright, so as you know, magnesium is one of the three major electrolytes we need to be replenishing on longer fasts. It's imperative for heart function, muscle recovery, and a whole scroll of enzymes and bodily processes it assists.
Recently, I pooped my pants because of it. Yup. Taking Magnesium ORALLY and WITHOUT FOOD induces diarrhea in a lot of people - me included.
Why am I telling you this? Because for the last year, I've been FASTING. A LOT. And it REALLY helped heal my body in ways I couldn't've fathomed before undertaking this journey.
