It's just my experience but I found that I had terrible reactions to antiparasitics until I started taking lots of vitamins. Same thing. Erratic heart beat, anxiety, unable to sleep. I now take vitamin and mineral supplements every day. It took several months of taking them before the anti-parasitics didn't bother me. Part of it is that some vitamins are just pulled from your system by the drugs and the other part is the parasites thrive on some of the vitamins so you get little or none. The ones I rely on most are folate, bromelain (take the pills), magnesium, thiamine, riboflavon and B12. You'll have to play around with them until you get the formula that works for you. Vitamin D just made me sick. You have to take ALL the B's for any of them to work well.
The larvae escape into the blood stream in an effort to avoid the drugs. It is a war. You have to keep fighting until either you or they are dead.
