Three days after flush - muscles aching, fatigue, difficulty swallowing

Hi all. I did flush # 22 this weekend. I drank apple cider vinegar from day 1 to day 6. On day 6, Saturday, I took two salt water enemas in the morning, ate nothing, and drank the juice-oil mix as usual at night. On day 7, Sunday, I had diarrhea from the Epsom Salts , expelling about 250 stones. Usually, I do two more enemas on day 8 to make sure as few stones or toxic bile remain in my colon as possible.

This time, however, because of work pressure, I could not find the time to do the enemas after the flush. On day 10, that is, Wednesday, I started feeling very tired and all my muscles were aching. I thought that's because I hadn't slept enough at night. On day 11, Thursday, I finally did two salt water enemas, but I continue to feel the muscle ache and fatigue. Today is day 12.

I have no fever, but my muscles ache all over, and I feel quite tired. It hurts to swallow, so I assume my lymph nodes all over the body are perhaps swollen.

I have two questions -

What could be the cause of this? And what should I do to help the body feel better?

My guess is that this is not an infection but the result of toxins being reabsorbed in the body. But I can't really be sure. I suppose an infection would mean fever but I have none.

I am wondering if I should do a couple of coffee enemas now, since I have already tried salt water enemas and it didn't help. I am a bit wary of doing that because I don't really have a lot of energy, especially since I am still going to work :(.

Or should I just rest and let this reaction - or whatever it is - run its course? Tweet
