Spherical thingy and Red Specks in stool sample

My doctor recently ordered 2 stool samples, and when I was collecting, there were a few weird things. I didn't take photos, but wondering if anyone have any ideas what these might be? 1. tiny bright red pin-head sized specks (can't think of anything I ate like that), and 2. a spherical thing, about 1/8" - 3/16" in diameter. it was perfectly spherical, like a tapioca ball (nothing I ate looked like that) 3. there was also a worm-like thing, about 1 1/2 - 2" long - maybe Ascaris as I have been positive for them before. Anyone have any ideas? The specimens went to Quest Lab and I haven't heard much good about their stool analysis. Thx for your ideas. Tweet
