Thank you so much for the informative post. I will look into doing the liver clense right away and I will also try to prepare for the elimination diet. It sounds difficult to find & experiment with every food to see if it’s a possible culprit but I definitely believe that it is worth it. I was recently thinking that maybe I should try a gluten or dairy free diet but the links you provided seem to make much more sense. Thanks again and let me know if you have any more suggestions
