Back to back week long fasts


Hello I am male and I've recently finished my first 7 day fast I broke it with a glass of grapefruit juice followed by a salad with spinach carrot cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. My second meal was snacking on some cherry tomatoes and spinach when a rash appeared on my face and side which resembled hives. I have never had an allergies to either of these ever and eaten plenty in the past. The rash subsided about 30 minutes later. The evening I ate a grapefruit as a snack and it came back on my sides and lower back and itches like CRAZY! I thought it might be due to low carbs so I made plain spaghetti and frozen vegetables then 15 minutes after that surely enough it came back to On my face and upper back. I've decided maybe my body was possibly in a heavy detox phase and I ended it too soon. I've decided to go back on the fast for 7 more days with only this one day of refeeding. Is this safe to do and the correct course of action? Any advice would be great thank you!
