Keep on the pyrantel, there is also praziquantel, albendazole, huma worm herbs are good for killing eggs. You will probably need to be treating for maintenence for the rest of your life. Ivermectin works as well. Those spasms could very well be worms and those white specks are most likely eggs. Keep at it so the eggs you miss wont keep reproducing and hatching.
