Liver flush without prep

So I usually do 6 days of prep that include taking malic acid everyday as well as following a low fat/clean diet. My last flush was a month ago and I’m due for a flush now.

The problem is that I’m fasting for Ramadan and it starts in two days so I only have tomorrow left to do the flush. I will be unable to do a flush during the month of Ramadan because I am fasting but If I wait until after ramadan, it will be two months since I have done a flush. That is too long so I really want to do a flush tomorrow and not delay a whole month.

Is it possible to flush without the Malic Acid/apple Juice prep? I can take the malic acid tomorrow morning but haven’t done so the last six days.
