Re: Iodoral is making me cold!

You'll feel your system getting colder when you have a bromide dump going on, start pulsing your iodoral to using it 1 day, then 3 days re-establishing your electrolyte and mineral levels.

What cofactors (b-complex vitamins, b2, b3, zinc, vitamin C, selenium, magnesium, salt [sodium chloride]) are you using daily and what are the average doses of them?
Are you taking your cofactors together with meals?
Are you salt-flushing on a regular basis? (this pushes bromide out, it is a necessary tool while taking lots of iodine)

If it doesn't dissappear in the middle of a week's pause from iodine, I'd look at your mineral balances. I was getting very low on b12, copper and Iodine for quite a while because of zinc, Iodine and sulfur nutrients lowering those. After doing a bit of balancing over a few days, my clarity of mind and a bit of heat came bubbling back up. Pretty much all minerals get used in heavy amounts when processing the trash that Iodine gets a person to dump, so attention to detail is crucial!

It's going to differ from case to case.
I'm trying to push the heavymetal levels in my system lower so I can have better success at a parasite cleanse, for example.

A mineral antagonist chart is 'yer best friend when looking to analyse mineral levels. (google!) They are often skewed if parasites are involved.
Have you dumped parasites before starting to dose up on iodine?

Liver and onions, (b12)
green smoothies (persille, ruccola, spirulina, etc) are good multimineral sources
meats, seeds and dairy products are good copper sources.
