Vision issues...

I tried ice & it didn’t work, I can see up close fine but it’s fuzzy from a distance even with glasses which Is why I’m nearsighted in the first place. How do I do the whole snuffling thing? I just want my distance vision back to normal, I don’t want to have to get another prescription for new lenses. Is there any herbs that I can take that will fix this issue in a quick & timely manner?
