you can pull your copper down using zinc. stay away from vegcaps.

https://www.bulksupplements.com/search?q=z*&type=article,page,product

check this out:

Zinc acetate (Galzin, Gate Pharmaceutical Co.) has been developed for the treatment of Wilson's disease, an inherited disease of copper accumulation and copper toxicity in brain and liver.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11585025/

other forms of zinc may then work as well or almost as well. use bulksupplements.com as your source. shun ready made pills. they ARE POISON. remember, though, low copper is just as bad as high copper. zinc is on my short list of missing minerals in food.

you might try the manganese as a one time. i dont know. i would NOT supplement it long term.

but my god, what about your boron and cobalt? you should read the book "minerals for the genetic code" by dr orlee. also, dr jorge flechas has a good lecture or two on boron posted to youtube.

you can use borax to get boron. put it in uyour laundry. put it in your soaking bath. sprinkle it under you r sinks for prevention of mold and mildew and as an insecticide. best cockroach killer ever. a triple boron supplement might be in order, too. dont be afraid of borax. it is mostly borosilic acid - the stuff they use in some EYEDROPS. a tiny pinch in some water is actually a way to supplement and harmless.

as for cobalt, we only get cobalt in a suitable form in vitamin B12. it is in red meat and made by gut bacteria as well. get a b12 shot. if you immediately feel better and more energy then you needed it and need a regimen to return your levels to normal - basically till you get a shot and dont feel anything.

your mileage may vary

be well.
