I've been dreading this for a while. I need to do another fast. I totally gave up last time on the 7th day and then ran to the junk food (that I don't normally eat) out of pure desperation. I do try to keep a good diet on a regular basis and I am a vegetarian. This past week I've been getting ready. I cut back on alot of foods and have been gradually getting my stomach prepared. Mentally I am TERRIFIED. I want to do it for health and losing weight would be a nice side effect but it's not my goal. I want to FEEL GOOD. Today I am going to start drinking lemonade...no solid food...tonight I take the tea (yea, the poop tea) and tomorrow I start with the true fast (lemonade, maple, cayenne) It's funny, I don't care about holiday food but it's my daily comfort foods like the morning coffe that I will miss. Anyway, it will be good to come here daily amd motivate each other. This is really a great thing to do and 2 small weeks is not alot so COME ON.....LET'S GET A MOVE ON!!!!!!! ON TO GREAT HEALTH AND THE START OF A HEALTHY NEW YEAR......WE CAN DO THIS !!!!!
