Hi all! I'm very happy to have found this forum. This is my first time doing anything like this. I've only fasted in the past for one day at a time. So far I haven't experienced any fatigue or hunger. I found a great laxative tea that I'd like to recommend - Get Regular - by Yogi Tea. It's organic and delicious and doesn't wake me during the night or give me cramps at all. I've been attempting the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every day but I am vomiting some or all of it back up every time I try it. I'm thinking about switching to the tea night and morning instead, maybe trying the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every other day. Also, I was wondering how much of the lemon drink is necessary to drink every day? Is 10 cups okay? And, how much water should I be drinking in addition to the lemon drink? I find myself not drinking so much water b/c whenever I want something I just go for more lemon drink instead of water. Can we drink tea throughout the day that isn't a laxative tea? Can we make the lemon drink with tea instead of water? Day three and as of this morning I'm down 5lbs. I'm 5'7" and I've gone from 175.5 morning 1 to 170.5 morning 3. Also, I got my period on the first day of the MC. This hasn't been a problem for me. I've never had regular periods in my life. The last time I had it was 2 months ago. I'm very lucky to not have had any cramps so far this time. I have had a slight headache some of every day so far. Also, I noticed that I like the lemon drink much better when I make it fresh than when I make a gallon of it to get through. I read it's better this way because lemon juice oxidizes and loses its nutrients and flavor through the day.
