Hi all. I'm just checking in because I'm feeling tempted and need to vent (instead of eat everything in the cupboard).
So this is the end of Day 1 and I feel pretty good. Pretty hungry, but not like I need the calories and I'm starved, just that my belly is empty. I figure if I get too crazy, I'll juice some carrots, cucumbers and stuff and drink that. But I haven't really felt the need.
I skipped the gym but did about 30 minutes of yoga. I feel like I'm kinda glowing, but tired. I can't imagine what it will feel like down the road.
I've lost a couple of pounds today, I think. Last night I drank senna tea and this morning was a horror movie in the bathroom. Yikes.
Otherwise, doing pretty good. Thanks for the support!
