Are you feeling well? You will complete the ten day cleanse tomorrow... what's the problem? It is actually time to "give up"!

What a shame you haven't gotten more good from this excellent flush of the entire system. I hope you will take the trouble to break by the book--you can have some nasty gastro-events otherwise!!
