elimination on MC

I am preparing to start the cleanse this coming weekend. I will have 3 days off from work to get started; my concern is when I go back to work, how will I handle the elimination part of the diet? I am in a classroom all day (teaching) and cannot leave the room to use the bathroom except at scheduled breaks. I am concerned that I may have to go more frequently than my breaks allow. Any one else dealt with this issue while doing the cleanse? The book says to take the laxative teas both morning and night and the salt water flush in the AM.... How long does the flush take to work? Is it generally a one time a day elimination shortly after taking the flush or will it continue thru out the day? Sorry for the "gross" nature of this post but this has me really concerned.
