I understand what you are saying about not wanting to fall back into old habits. I have spent these past 9 days really considering what is important to me; and proper nutrition combined with adequate physical activity are crucial. It would be GREAT if I could keep off the weight that I've lost during these past 10 days, but what is most essential is keeping myself healthy from the inside out. The rest should take care of itself.
One thing I have been doing is poring over my favorite recipe site, RECIPEZAAR, for new recipes. You can sort by any criteria, one of which is vegetarian/vegan. Nutrition information is provided for each recipe that is posted so it's easy to see if something is high in sugar, fat, etc. I have compiled a tidy list of reasonable recipes that are nutritious & healthy. That should keep me interested and not confused about my options for quite awhile going forward. Another site that is helpful is HEALTHYCHEFALEX. She is the vegan chef girlfriend of Morgan Spurlock (creator of the documentary movie SUPERSIZE ME.) Great recipes and resource information there as well. Knowledge is power and helps demystify how to move forward after doing this wonderful cleanse. Good luck to you!
