Re: Day 8, Moving forward...

I have normally been sleeping well - but last night had real troubles... well, Day 8 - we can see the end! I had a rough morning yesterday as well - was very emotional and my elimination was not really satisfying... however today is a great day. I feel like I have come so far! I think after work today I will go for a steam and a sauna and really get some of the remaining toxins out! Keep at it Roni... don't worry about that scale either. Focus on the light feeling you have and the clarity that has come to you with this cleanse.
