Re: Day 2 - kidney and muscle pain/ SWF ineffective

Day 4 here.

I still have mild (compared to before) pain in the kidney and hips area (muscles?/soft tissue?). But I think it is dehydration and I have been trying to drink more regular water, as advised here. I put more salt in the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and it worked yesterday, Day 3. Today I did the same.

I am going to try the parsley tea and the blackstrap molasses. Thanks for your advice.

KIDNEY & PELVIC PAIN
i have had really sore kidneys a few times before - after drinking too much alcohol. It would last one day and go away.

As for the pelvic pain, It feels like some kind of cramp i am not used to. I have a very high tolerance for pain, so I just want to make sure it isnt an emergency, you know, that I am just "tolerating". It feels like it is the nerves or muscles or soft tissue around my pelvis and lower spine (lower 1/3). the pain ventures to my legs and feet a bit too. I have ongoing issues with my feet, because I had club feet at birth. With the casts and surgery, I can walk and all. But I do have pain and cramps in my feet and I used to fall sometimes from a pinch-feeling in my ankles (that mostly went away after i got the inserts). Also, my hips sometimes hurt because i think they are twisted. My legs are different lengths from this and I have a bit of scoliosis. So, I dont know how any of this could do with the fast. But it is interesting to have more pain in an area i am usted to having some already.
