Alright, it's day 10! As before, I do feel like I could continue longer, but have to go off because of trip next Thursday. But this time I'm going to break by the book, so I really have another 2 days of only liquids (unless some veggies end up in my bowl of soup on Sunday). Then a few days of fruits and veggies and I should be good to go!
Just realized yesterday that I haven't been getting the afternoon tiredness that I usually do. And my body feels so good! I have been able to exercise just about every day of the cleanse, have just taken it easy on the cardio work. Definitely don't have the normal stamina for heavy cardio. But weights haven't been a problem, although I've lightened up a little on that, too.
How are all you other day 10's doing? Any decided to go on longer?
