stopped!

Thanks much to you wonderful people for your support. Today is day 9 for me but I've decided to stop. Last evening was not too pleasant me.....awful pain in my head. I was forced to drink a feverfew and that helped with the pain and I was able to sleep for a bit. I suffered an aneurysm approx. 6 years ago and the pain am experiencing is on the same side (left).

I did continue with the lemon mixture this morning but just started with orange juice.

On the evening of day 5 I passed some black jello like stuff. Just once, but early on the morning of day 6 I passed some more of this stuff. Could you say what this may be?
