Yeah, that's probably true even though you don't actually know how much protein I have in my diet. But anyway, did you happen to read finallyfaith's message to me about trying the humic shale in place of the molasses? Out of curiosity, what do you think about humic shale?
Also, are there any beans, legumes, and/or grains that have a fairly low acidity? I'm having a hard time giving those up even though I think they might me causing me some problems.
Plus, what's the deal with the 80/10/10 ratio again? Do you know what I'm talking about? (I think it was you talking about this, was it?) I think it was the 80 is veggies and fruits, and one 10 is for protein and the other is for fat? But where do grains/carbohydrates fall into this? The 80? But if that's true and they're so acidic then...do you see where I'm going with this?
