Yeah, trust me I was pretty surprised at the reaction too. ;) But I didn't take it on an empty stomach, and the taste wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. But maybe it's just not for me, I don't know. I've now read many conflicting things about ACV (I guess since it is still vinegar) that I don't really know what to believe.
One weird thing I've noticed that since this experience is that now I'm experiencing more bloating after eating than I ever have in the past which is quite annoying. Any suggestions on that would be welcome obviously. I think I may be not able to handle yogurt anymore, but that's just a guess. All this "trial and error" is getting to me a little. ;)
