Re: my floaters are disappearing with eyebright wash

I make an herbal tea with eyebright. I steep the herb in filtered water for about 20 minutes until it's cool enough to put in my eyes. Then I do eye exercises while I hold the eye cup to my eye. I trace the letters of the alphabet with my eye two times for each eye. I also leave the wash in my eye when I'm done. I don't wipe it off. Be forewarned. It burns after a couple minutes, but apparently this is normal. It also leaves my eyes bloodshot for an hour or so. A small price to pay for such success.

There are numerous success stories referred to here regarding eyebright and eyes, including cataracts and other eye problems. Fascinating stuff. This article does mention that someone feels they get a better quality wash by letting it steep for 24 hours. I haven't tried that. I seem to be having great success with simple tea making.

Good luck! I'm so glad I've finally found something that works!
