Yogurt is probiotics

Let's face it yogurt is a combination of good bacterias which compete with candida in the intestine. It is the very same thing as the probiotics we buy at the drugstore. I've made my own yogurt since I've started curing candida, with Kefir bacterias, which is the very best you can get. So no worries, as long as it does not say Sugar in the list of ingredients, it is great food.

However, you have eaten a lot of it - expect ( a lot of) die off. But yogurt itself is fantactic, with vanilla and a spoonful of good EPA oil (flaxseed, olive, grapeseed oil) in the morning or as dessert.

Skin itchiness calls for vitamin A: fish oil (like cod liver oil)
