Possible important discovery!

Hi all

I’ve been doing a wee bit of research on the net recently and may have come up with some interesting/useful info.

In the UK, a new breakfast cereal has been launched called ‘Kellogs Rice Krispies Muddles’. The television advert features a young boy and his Mum at the breakfast table and the Mum says ‘these new Muddles contain an ingredient which helps the good bacteria in your tummy to grow’.

This ingredient is a prebiotic called ‘Inulin’ – I hadn’t read much about this so did a Google search and found the following links:

It might be worth checking out – I’m going to have a look at various pre- and probiotics on sale and find out if they contain Inulin.

Possibly a shot in the dark but it might just help! If the Inulin helps the good bacteria to grow, do you think it might kick candida where it hurts and force it back into its natural home?

Hope you are all well – keep going – one day we will have our health back again!
