Ph imbalance and - or low Sugar causes constant hunger.
To help with ph, a teaspoon of soda in a glass of water or else a drop of apple cider vinegar in water. A good habit to take.
To help with low Sugar and better cope with the craving I would eat a lot of carrots, or else drink carrot juice. Some people believe that carrot is out because it has Sugar in it, I like to think that ny body has a minimal need for sugar and that carrot has so many other good minerals and vitamins for my body that it is okay.
