I remember a few years back on one of those Acne message boards... people were taking b5 (panothentic acid- something like that) but they wanted something stronger and started taking pantethine, which I guess is a form of the other, but soon people said their hair was falling out and their skin got so dry and they were losing all this weight. They became very unhealthy. I don't know how much they took, but probably more than one serving size a day.
