sticking to diet....how hard is it!!!

Just curious does having a few slip ups a week really adversely affect the treatment of Candida??
I feel alot better since starting the diet and herbs along with a good bacteria supplement is all i am taking..as per instructions from my natrupath but the dietry guidelines and wierd he said just cut out all the sugar, no fruit, no juice just water, low carbs and wholegrain bread and no yeast and no yoghurt, limited potatoes.
I find it almost impossibe to cut out all Sugar nearly everything has sugar...even naturally occuring sugar.

I am unsure what foods i can really eat or even put together, i have plain oats with physillium husks on it with soy milk on the morning 2 pieces of toast with a vegemite spread (i am australian) that has no yeast.Every where i read there is just conflicting statement on what to eat and what not too, my other concern is i have yet to experience the "die off" that everyone talks about...i am unsure weather it is coming or i am not fighting the disease or wheather i had it bad ebough in the beginning.
I am really low on energy but i think that may be from cutting out sugars??I play alot of sport but find it a struggle to do it i think due to lack of Sugar in my diet i dont have the energy..i could be wrong just the way i see things..
I would love to hear anyones thoughts on what i may or may not be doing wrong...

Thanks

Lucinda
