Re: ok, but how do you find out the problem?? n/p

If you have candida, a great place to start is your liver. Try a few flushes if you haven't already. I would say at least three. Or have your alternative health care practicioner look for signes of a congested liver, candida is just one such sign.

Then try the other cleanses on discussed on this site, colon (which really should be done with the liver flushes, and kidney) lymph drainage ect. focus on natrually strengthening digestion and organ function. cleanse the body. this takes time, for some signs of progress takes months, you have to be patient.

When looking for underlying problems, its easy to be confused by other "symptoms" like candida, cfs, infections whatever, thinking they are the problem. at the root, your body's terrain is likely the problem, congested and toxic, it becomes host to a variety of problems like candida overgrowth. Learning the difference between symptoms of disease and disease is not easy, but, at the root of it is condition of your body. if you have a bacterial infection, the problem is not the bacteria, but the weakened state of the body that invites the bacteria... (or yeast overgrowth, whatever).
