Toe Fungus, nail separating on big toe

Hello - I have toe fungus on both big toenails and the nails are separating - everyone I talk to says there is no help for me. Does anyone know of a cure? I am doing a water and Bowel Cleanse as well as parasite cleanse right now. Will I see results doing these cleanses or should I be doing something else? A topical solution/cream?
