I am also doing a Liver Flush with the cleansing carrot salad and I have noticed that it has really got the bile flowing for me as well. It has really relieved my die-off symptoms considerably and I have noticed that it does seem to help balance out my candida a bit. I have only done the salad for 2 days but already I have noticed increased bile flow, more emotional stability, 80% less die-off symptoms, and a very relaxed feeling. I know for a fact that my yeast infection is in my colon and not in my small intestine, so I wonder if what zelkyla is doing would work for me as well, if she would share it with us??
I know exactly what you mean, demi...I must have spent $200+ on "miracle herbs" and now that I have spent all the money and nothing works for me anymore (not even garlic) I realize that the only thing that can truly help candida is diet, exercise, liver cleansing, and enemas. I truly believe that these are the only true cure for a candida imbalance. Tweet
