I hear u...i also have restrictions on what i can eat due to availability..but this is what i have heard and learnt...you have to be super super strict for the first month after that you can slowly introduce foods and see how they go tolerant and symptom wise.
Also read the best of Shelley on how to cheat ..great notess in there..and face it no one is perfect 100% of the time, everyone slips up but one or so i don't believe will make a major difference..it isnt like you are having a whole box of Krispt Kremes...
