I hope this works for you. I used approximately 1/4 cup a day, more or less, spread throughout the day. I really recommend you read my story again, for the side effects, especially if you have any allergies. Yes, tea or cooking will work; you can use it in cooking, baking, anything, as long as its the right foods. I didn't have too many allergic reactions to things, so this worked for me quite well, and it helped pretty fast if I ate the wrong things.
