Re: Ezekial bread?

I have eaten Esekial bread, but the bread that I usually eat is a yeast-free organic summer bread made by French Meadow. I like to eat and avacado and tomatoe sandwich with olive oil on it.

You can eat some grains if you can tolerate them. I can eat buckwheat and quinoa. I also grind my own flaxseed in a small electric coffee grinder and put it on my toast with butter. You can have olive oil and flaxseed oil and cod liver oil, and raw organic apple cider vinegar.

I eat some turkey and chicken and very little red meat. I eat brown basmati rice with stir-fried vegies. I make quinoa spagetti with olive oil on it and eat salad with lots of vegies and beans in it. I make buckwheat pancakes with free range omega 3 eggs and put butter and stevia on them.

I hope that helps get you started on more variety.

Yugo :)
