If you're looking for a way to beat low body temperature and get great excercise, try Bikram's yoga. It's done in a very warm and humid room- anywhere between 35 and 42 degrees celcius. Sorry, I don't know what that is in Fareinheit, I'm Canadian ;) Most classes are about 90 minutes and it is awesome for sweating out toxins and giving your whole body and lengthening and strengthening workout.

Starting Bikram's yoga, or 'Hot' yoga just over a year ago turned my health and my life around. I went from being in very bad emotional, mental and physical shape to well... much better in all accounts, but still lots of room for improvement.

If you are in really bad shape, or obese, or have a history of heart problems- it might not be for you though.
