umm..

100% vegetarian ;

no soy, no canola, no bad oils, including no peanuts,
no dairy of ANY kind
No animal product of any kind,
i don't eat bread products, though i do eat rice bran(organic)
which is kept in fridge and i sprinkle it on food)..
and i grind my own flaxseed ,
which i sprinkle on every thing (thanks to Owen)

I am about 85 % raw?

i do still eat steamed basamati rice
and red lentils and black bean and peasoup
maybe once a week.

but after i get the sprout seeds for those,
i will just eat the sprouts ..

that will pop me to about 95 % raw..
since if i do eat basamati rice it is a very small bit maybe 2 times a week.
