i guess i fall into the raw vegetarian category because i eat fish (cooked) roughly once a week, and i've had maybe 4 eggs since i started the transition to raw 2 months ago. overall i'd say that 80% of my diet is raw. i don't eat any dairy. i expect to be near 100% raw during the summer but right now i find myself having the occasional soup or hot cocoa (made with almond milk).
since switching to a high-raw diet i've found that i have more energy -- i only need 6 or 7 hours of sleep (formerly 9 or 10), and i literally feel lighter on my feet. i've been getting more from my workouts and my yoga practice. my pms moodswings and food cravings have been reduced dramatically. the list goes on, happily.
