Cut down on the psillium. Lay off on the meat till it gets better too. Try a green apple per day, very good for keeping the bowels moving. Start doing ab and trunk excercises like crunches 3 times a day. Drink more water. If it gets bad try laxatives or enema. That's all I've got...
