Left side pain

Candilass,
your "spleen pain" is actually where the candida has dug into your colon. I have exactly the same thing in exactly the same area - the left ribcage. Actually this part of the colon is called the splenic flexure, which is why you call it spleen pain. Don't know why, but my candida has always been most rampant here, digging into my colonic walls and feeding off my blood.

2 things you can do:

1. Vinegar enemas - this won't cure the candida but may help keep the worst of it at bay
2. Yoga - you already discovered massage helps. Well think of yoga as self-massage! It really helps.

JV.
