Re: Left side pain

it is soo interesting that there are at least three of us out there who have this symptom. i haven't come across that symptom in anyone else before. and ya know, i do have really chronic constipation also (although its getting better via colonics, supplements, and a cup of coffe now and then). for a little while i thought it might be an ulcer, but the upper endoscopy didn't show anything.

i've just had a colonoscopy and been diagnosed with IBS. IBS means "your gut is inflammed and we have no idea why." they want me to take Zelnorm, but Zelnorm gives me the creeps. times of stress do make it worse, but not always. what made it incredibly bad for me was taking Antibiotics ... i took a course of Antibiotics 4 weeks ago when i had a really bad flu, and i'm still practically immobilized with that pain. so i'm pretty sure that pain is yeast-related.

this is really interesting stuff. by the way, i understand that a substance called "Mastic Gum" is really good for getting rid of stomach problems... maybe you should try it out?

thanks for posting... i've learned a lot.
