OK I have tested positive for yeast allergies twice. I feel like rubbish! I have been on the candida diet for a about a month, what next? I tried LGG a probiotic for 2 days and felt much much worse, I supose this is the dieing off that I keep reading about. How slow should I take it? Digestive enzymes? Coconut Oil? Please all suggestions welcome. Has any one had success with any thing?
