Rice Dream milk is sweet, and tastes better on cereal than real milk (I say that because I've always hated milk, and I'm allergic to it for real.)
I found a good salad dressing in the Yeast Connection Cookbook where you simply use fresh squeezed lemon juice, pepper and salt, and safflower oil to coat your salad. I used to mix in shrimp or tuna until I found out I'm toxified with mercury. I shouldn't probably use Vegennaise for salad dressings and coleslaw, since it has soy and a few other ingredients frowned upon by the strict candida dieter, but I wanted to mention it if only to see if someone can tell me just how big of a diet no no Vegennaise is. Anyone?
