that's right, if you eat raw you don't need taking digestive enzymes except maybe for raw broccoli and things like that since we, humand do not manufacture cellulase, an enzyme taking care of cellulose; and you shouldn't be eating too much of raw cellulose laden vegetables for it's not for us, humans anyway- slighltly steam them.

just remember, normal bile flow is much more important than taking enzymes esp. for protein and fat, first bile acts on fats and only then enzymes go to work, without sufficient bile- don't waste your money on enzymes. Except in formulations where you can find ox bile extract, pepsin and alike.
