I'm on a shopping trip for a probiotic today. I'm looknig for something with lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, which my stool tests showed I am low in. So, I'll look for something with billiions of live cells of probiotics. And since I'm strict on the candida diet, I will look for something with no milk, sugar, wheat, whey, gelatin, casein, etc. The probiotics I look for tend to say 10 billion live cells or more, and be vegetable caps. I've heard of brands with 13 billion live strains. That's what I'm looknig for.
