questions

goodness I have so many questions going on in my head just now, so Im really glad I have this forum to post on.

So here goes...

When I went to my nutritionist she said I had food intolerances which suggested candida, like yeast, Sugar e.t.c

Therefore I have stopped eating things that will help the candida to grow, but I was wondering if these food intolerances will ever go away?
When i start to introduce them, if i feel unwell i know it is too soon, so it is really trial and error then?

Also I have been cheating a little, and my bowel movements are back to normal, like once a day and normal colour, is this a good sign.

I know it will take a long time to get better but I was told it would only take 3 months is this realistic?

Thanks
