My suggestion would be to try your best doing both at once if possible? I found that doing Colon Cleanses help, but the best thing is to give your body what it needs to start working on your issues. Try incorporating a much higher proportion of green leafy veggies and regular vegetables in your diet. At the same time make sure you're not eating fruits, sugars, etc... to feed candida. Try looking into anti-candida products that also have herbs supplemented in them to repair your intestines and the damage done by candida. I am curious what products for cleansing have you tried in the past? I want to suggest things that have helped me, but you may have already tried them and not had success. I don't want to suggest something that's already useless to you. Also colonics/enemas seem to be vitally necessary since you've been suffering for such a long time. Make sure you're drinking 8-10 glasses of purified water everyday, and I would think doing an enema three days in a row and then taking a week break to rest your body would start you off nicely. Then maybe a week later do it three more days and see if you don't start noticing a difference. Naturopaths and doctors advise three bowel movements a day is very normal, and healthy. I'm a raw vegan and I can attest that that is how often I go, and I NEVER used to, when my diet was high in sugar/processed/canned foods. Hope that helps!
